* tarlz.texi: Change GNU Texinfo category from 'Data Compression'
to 'Archiving' to match that of GNU tar.
Use 'end-of-archive' (EOA) instead of 'end-of-file' (EOF).
* main.cc (show_help), tarlz.texi: List operations before options.
* Many small improvements have been made to code and documentation.
